Fluorosilicone hoses are high-performance silicone hoses with fluorosilicone linings added to them. They have excellent resistance to high temperatures, oils, fuels, and chemical corrosion. They can resist oil and fuel and their mist, and are widely used in automotive turbocharger systems, racing cars, petrochemical equipment, industrial fluid delivery systems, etc.
- Temperature range -60°C ~ +260°C
- Inner layer: Fluorosilicone – oil and fuel resistant
- Outer layer: Standard silicone rubber
- Blue, red, black, orange, green and other colors
- Reinforcement: 3 or 4 layers of polyester or aramid fabric (customizable)
- Working pressure 0.3 ~ 1.5 MPa (depending on the size and number of reinforcement layers)
- Burst pressure ≥ 2~3 times the working pressure
- Meets SAE J20 R1 Class A standards
