Our standard silicone heater hoses have a temperature range of -50°C to +220°C, with a temporary temperature range of +260°C.
Depending on the pipe diameter and reinforcement, the operating pressure is typically between 0.3–1.5 MPa, and the burst pressure is over three times the operating pressure.
Silicone hose offers higher temperature resistance, longer lifespan, customizable colors, and a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. It’s more suitable for high-performance applications than traditional rubber hose.
It cannot be used with fuel or oil. If necessary, a fluorosilicone (FKM) lined silicone hose can be used.
They typically last 5–10 years, or even longer, longer than rubber hoses.
