Fluorosilicone hoses are high-performance silicone hoses with fluorosilicone linings added to them. They have excellent resistance to high temperatures, oils, fuels, and chemical corrosion. They can resist oil and fuel and their mist, and are widely used in automotive turbocharger systems, racing cars, petrochemical equipment, industrial fluid delivery systems, osv.
- Temperature range -60°C ~ +260°C
- Inner layer: Fluorosilicone – oil and fuel resistant
- Outer layer: Standard silicone rubber
- Blue, red, black, orange, green and other colors
- Reinforcement: 3 eller 4 layers of polyester or aramid fabric (customizable)
- Working pressure 0.3 ~ 1.5 MPa (depending on the size and number of reinforcement layers)
- Burst pressure ≥ 2~3 times the working pressure
- Meets SAE J20 R1 Class A standards

Standard silicone hoses are not resistant to oil or fuel, while fluorosilicone hoses have a fluorinated inner layer that resists fuel, oil mist, diesel vapor and chemicals, making them ideal for automotive turbochargers, osv.
Common colors include blue, black and red, but we can customize other colors. The surface finish can be smooth or fabric textured, depending on your preference.
