Kinglin’s silicone turbo hose meets and exceeds SAEJ20 standards. Silicone turbo hose is designed for high temperature and high boost turbo applications, heavy industrial equipment, custom cooling radiator systems, buses, racing car manufacturing, and ships.
It can withstand high temperature, high pressure and continuous vibration. Compared with traditional rubber hoses, silicone turbo hoses are more durable, high temperature resistant and not easy to burst.

Silicone turbo hose is used to connect components in the turbocharger system, such as the turbocharger, intercooler and intake manifold, and has better vibration, heat and pressure resistance than standard rubber hose.
Support customization
The standard is 3-5 layers of high-strength polyester fiber reinforcement. If higher strength is required, aramid wire or steel wire structure can be selected.
Standard silicone is not highly oil-resistant, but we offer fluorosilicone-lined hoses for better resistance to oil, fuel vapors, and chemical exposure.
